2. Data We May Process
Depending on how you contact us and the type of project, we may process:
- name and contact details;
- phone number, e-mail, Telegram, WhatsApp or another contact channel;
- brand, company, project and job-title information;
- website, social-media, portfolio and other public links;
- industry, project type, timing, content volume, budget and brief information;
- comments, briefs, references, cloud-folder links and submitted files;
- for models: portfolio materials, photos, video, measurements, professional experience and other information voluntarily submitted for review;
- technical or pseudonymous information such as IP address, browser/device data, cookies, referral source and site activity where such tools are enabled.
3. Photos, Video and Appearance Data
Photographs and video may constitute personal data where a person can be identified. YY Models MGMT processes such materials only for agreed purposes such as casting, model review, project preparation, AI Twin production, approvals and contract performance.
YY Models MGMT does not use visitor photos or videos for automated identity verification. If a particular project requires processing data specifically as biometric personal data for identification, a separate lawful basis and, where required by law, separate written consent will be used.

- preparing proposals, quotes and contracts;
- business and project communications;
- casting, model applications and model-management activities;
- producing, reviewing and delivering visual materials;
- clearing likeness, AI Twin and production rights;
- performing contractual, accounting and tax obligations;
- site security and abuse prevention;
- analytics and site improvement where analytics are enabled;
- responding to requests and supporting clients.
5. Legal Bases
Processing is carried out on grounds permitted by Russian law, including consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and other applicable lawful bases.
By submitting data through a form or contact channel, the user confirms that the data is provided voluntarily and that this Policy has been made available.
