1. Website Status
These Terms govern the use of the YY Models MGMT website and the information published on it.
The website presents services, production formats, models, indicative or base pricing and portfolio examples. Browsing the website, submitting a form or clicking a “Discuss Project” button does not automatically create a service contract.
2. Pricing and Packages
Base prices shown on the website apply to the standard scope of the relevant package. The final price changes only where the project scope changes, including image count, products, models, scenes, timing, technical complexity, usage rights or other agreed variables.
Before paid production begins, the client receives a fixed quote or other written price confirmation.
3. Website Intellectual Property
The website design, texts, structure, branding, portfolio, images, video, logos, model cards and other materials are protected under applicable law and/or used under lawful authorization.
You may not copy, resell, systematically download, republish or use website materials to train your own models, build a competing catalog or create a commercial database without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.
4. Model and Portfolio Images
Publication of a model image on the website does not grant visitors the right to use, copy, modify or distribute that image.
Commercial use of a virtual model, AI Twin or real model is agreed separately. See Licensing, Rights & Responsible AI .
5. Materials You Submit
By sending product images, logos, references, photographs, video, briefs or other files, you confirm that you are entitled to provide them for review and project production.
Submission does not give YY Models MGMT an automatic right to publish the materials. Public portfolio use or case-study publication is governed by the project agreement, the parties' approval and applicable rights.
6. Forms and Communications
Users should provide accurate information reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry. YY Models MGMT may disregard spam, automated submissions, unlawful requests and messages unrelated to the services offered.
Personal-data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy .
7. Third-Party Services
The website may link to social networks, messengers, cloud storage and third-party sites. YY Models MGMT does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or independent data practices after you leave our website.
8. Website Disclaimer
YY Models MGMT aims to keep website information current, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of technical errors or absolute completeness of every published detail.
Portfolio examples demonstrate possible production quality and direction but do not guarantee an identical result for every new project, because final output depends on source materials, the brief and the agreed creative direction.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes relating to a specific commercial project are governed and resolved as stated in the applicable project agreement.
10. Updates and Contact
YY Models MGMT may update these Terms. The current version is published at https://yy-models.com/en/terms .
